How long does it take to deliver my final product?

All requests are evaluated based on the timeline, KRC availability and product type to be delivered. Resumes and cover letters will be returned within 4-7 business days and proposal/grants/other writing requests will depend on the timeline of the deliverable. All other services are gauged based on scheduling availability of a KRC member and the client. If you require an expedited service, an additional fee will be assessed and charged to the deliverable. 


What is our payment policy?

Payment for any and all KRC products or services are to be made up front prior to any services provided. Some quotes are amenable based on select services. If there are any amendments to the requested hours of service, KRC will issue a refund or generate new invoice for additional hours of services required (please see refund policy below). 


What are your payment methods?

KRC provides several convenient methods of payments for our clients: directly through the website, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle and through our Invoice Management software, Wave. Feel free to contact us to identify the best method of payment for you. Receipts will be provided as well. 


What is our refund policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team who will assign you to a new writer to better meet your needs. We do not offer cancellations or refunds unless otherwise agreed at our sole discretion. All refunds are granted in the sole discretion of Keon Reid Consulting LLC whereby we will remit up to 50% of the purchase price of a service. Service fees are non-refundable. Refunds or reassignment will not be granted after 7 days following the order completion date.


What is our late policy?

If the client is more than 20 minutes late without forewarning of absence or delay, KRC reserves the right to collect all payment and provide services with the remaining session time. 


Why do you have partners?

Our goal is to strengthen our communities through leveraging partner relationships. We pass on savings where possible and Elevate Your Position through other professional services such as photographs, personal branding, speech coaching, among other areas.


Are all your services listed on this page?

No. Our breadth of services vary and can be specialized by your personal or organizational need. We welcome discussions on your specific business need to see if it is a project we can assist with or if it aligns with our expertise.  


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Additional costs will apply. 


How do we provide customer service?

Our friendly and knowledgeable team are available to answer your questions within 24-48 hours of your initial communication. We will then work with you to facilitate a discussion.
